All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice & Alsolaya is not responsible for any wrong prices mentioned. Such orders with price issues will be cancelled after informing the customer.  In case there are any additional charges or taxes, it will be mentioned in the website. Custom charges are not under our control and has to be borne by the recipient during delivery.

• Payments – We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit Cards, PayPal.

Note : Some international banks might charge the conversion fee for other currencies, which we are not aware of. This depends on the bank and it will be charged to the customers credit card and Alsolaya will not be liable for these charges.

• Return of Products – We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, damaged during transit, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.
• Stocks – Alsolaya is not responsible for the stocks mentioned in the website. If the stock is not available, Alsolaya deserves the right to cancel the order.
• Protection of Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
• Product Description – Alsolaya makes no warranties that the product description and any other content of its site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If the product offered by Alsolaya is not as described then it has to be returned in its unused condition with box sealed pack.
• Free Gift – The Free Gift is decided by an Alsolaya is displayed in the product detail page for every product greater than SAR 500. If the particular Free Gift is not available, then a new Gift will be provided to the customer which has the same value of the old one. Free Gifts are subject to stock availability and the images shown are for illustrative purpose only.
